Flaxseed Oil

A Dutch study showed that those who eat fish were less likely to develop glucose intolerance, a prediabetic condition, than those who don’t. Only a small amount of fish daily (on average, 1 ounce) was all it took to reduce the risk. Fish contains Omega 3 fatty acids, also found in abundance in flaxseed oil.

Dosage: Take two 1000mg. capsules daily or two tablespoons of flaxseed oil. Store oil in the refrigerator.

Caution: Always consult a physician before taking anything, especially if you have questions about supplements, vitamins, or medications.
