For my clients Russ and Victoria in the gym today , we mixed in supersets for all their Back and Leg exercises. We tagged 1 arm Hammer strength rows with 1 arm TRX (Suspended) rows. We also tagged Goblet squats with BW Speed Squats. Russ and Victoria loved the extra work after the main exercises , they said the workout was more enjoyable! Great job today guys!
