What a day for my client Alex yesterday. Friday was “Press” day. After starting the workout with rolling (stick work) and Torso work , we went to the bench press and Alex worked his way up to a 245lb. , 1 RM , bench press. Seeing the strength gains with Alex has been wonderful. Not only in muscular strength , but functional strength as well. Amazingly, after Alex pressed 245lbs , we tagged his 1RM bench press with suspended TRX pushups and Alex was able to get over 20 reps! Alex was elated and I was as well. I’m blessed to be his trainer.
