Today, was a great day in the gym. My client Karen is heading up North this weekend so it was a session full of “Correctives” to help off set the long car rides up North and back. Foam Roll , Active stretching, Activation (Core), Total body exercises (Squat to Row), band work, post workout stretching (static). Karen said she felt “looser” after our session!
