Coach Greg's services are designed to balance the body and increase total body strength and power through a balanced, scientifically based Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model developed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. This exclusive OPT model has been proven for its effectiveness with Olympic, professional, and hundreds of collegiate athletes, as well as weekend warriors!

The OPT Model consists of 3 Primary Phases of Training:
1. Stabilization training (posture awareness)
2. Strength/Endurance training
3. Power Training
