Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How long are the training sessions?

      A. All sessions are 30 minutes.

Q. I want to keep track of my progress, will you provide me with updates?

      A. Yes. I will provide you with a monthly progress report, tracking your strength gains and weight + body fat testing.

Q. I'm new to exercising, so will I feel intimidated in a gym?

      A. No. We all have our own personal needs and goals. Our sessions take place in a private studio. 

Q. I already have a gym membership. Can I still train with you and keep my other membership?

      A. Yes. Several of my clients weight train with me and carry a gym membership elsewhere. There is only a training fee, no gym fee attached to your training with me.

Q. I've suffered injuries in my past and have had surgery before. Is there a training program that can work for me?

      A. Yes. I will conduct a movement screen at our initial consult and choose exercises that will not cause pain.
