Today , on TRX Thursday , I had all my clients this morning finish their workouts using the TRX bands for Flexibility and Mobility. It’s fun to mix up the stretching routine from Static (floor) stretching to Integrated stretching with the TRX. The following Exercises were used with the TRX bands:
TRX Low back stretch
TRX Hip Hinge
TRX Long Torso Twist
TRX Upper Back Stretch
Afterwards the feedback from everyone was “I feel more flexible”!
