Recovery is key to growth!

Rest and recovery should be blended into your training routine either on the days you train or on "rest" days. The healthier your soft tissue, the more often you will be able to train.

Some recovery tools to think about include foam rolling, stick rolling. Hypervolt, Theragun, and light swimming.
