Hot Summer Days

It has been a very Hot week so far. Welcome to July!

To offset the hot temperatures, I am recommending to all my clients that they drink Coconut water (1 can per day). We lose minerals when we sweat and when our body temperature is elevated. Coconut water is one of the best ways to replenish lost minerals by our bodies on Hot summer days.
