Cardio Saturday!

Hello! This weekend , it’s all cardio for me. I plan on walking today in the park for 3 miles before interval training on Sunday. I prefer to keep the heart rate in Zone 1 the entire time while I walk. My 3 weight workouts had my HR in zone 3 , so now I will back off and work the cardiovascular system without overloading the body. It’s always fun to get out of the gym and outdoors as well.
